The ranking was made by "New Media Ambassadors" (4th generation). They ranked the tools according to the following criteria: first, on top, the tools which give them real learning opportunities (online open courses), followed by the websites where they can find good learning opportunities, including scholarships, exchange programs, etc. (Scholarship Positions, Erasmus +) and finally including tools that are more limited in scope but that can be very useful for any student, especially at university level.
