2. The Resources Center is even more "sociable"
We have just launched a dedicated Facebook page. Like it now and click on "Get notifications" so that you will be able to find out the updates and the fresh tools of the Resources center.

Resources are themselves a lot more "sociable":
You can now "Like" each of the resources and in this way to let your friends now what are the resources you appreciate.
Sharing have never been easy! You can now share these tools on the most popular social networks!

3. New tools, fresh new categories
After 3 months since we launched the Resources Center, on 21st of March, we already have more than 60 social media and multimedia resources. But new times, new ways! As we received many suggestions, we would like to introduce 4 new categories: Communication, Personal development, Management & marketing and Education.

Often, people confuse these categories anyway. This is why we would like to define them a bit for a more clear differentiation:

Social media
Is everything related to social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google plus, Youtube, Linkedin etc.). How can you use it for different purposes, tutorials, tips and tricks, pros and cons, effects of social media, changes it produces in our life, in our society and so on. It could be about sharing stuff among your friends and colleagues.

Multimedia
Is related to audio, video, painting, photos, online illustrations and any mix of these ones. Multimedia tools can include tutorials, software, tips and tricks on how to do it (how to record an audio etc.), how to edit (e.g. an audio that you just recorded) and how to share it (publish it online, send it by e-mail, export it etc.).

Communication
It deals with transferring a message from somebody to somebody else. It could be tutorials, explanations, study cases, methods, tips and tricks about communication in our personal and/or professional life (business communication). The single restriction is that the tool should be available online (a method, an article, a case study, a book etc.) and should be free of cost.

Personal development
Personal development includes "activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. The concept is not limited to self-help but includes formal and informal activities for developing others in roles such as teacher, guide, counselor, manager, life coach or mentor." (Wikipedia). Any tool related to this topic is welcome!

Management & marketing
It can be about the management and marketing of any sector of activity: companies, NGOs or public institutions. It can include methods, theories, practices, case studies, pros and cons and anything that could bring an added value in these fields.

Education
"Education in its general sense is a form of learning in which the knowledge, skills, and habits of a group of people are transferred from one generation to the next through teaching, training, or research. Education frequently takes place under the guidance of others, but may also be autodidactic. Any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational." (Wikipedia). Therefore, there can be tools related to learning, teaching for any target group, in any setting, in both formal, nonformal and informal education.
